The car flew down the road, heading for the town. The wind rushed past, blowing Lily's hair. Soon, buildings came into sight, and they arrived. She wasn't really sure what they would do, but it was nice to get out for a while. And she hoped to get to know Truthie better. She eased off on the gas as they entered the town, the speed limit a bit lower in the crowded streets and sidewalks. Looking for a parking spot, she spotted one by the outdoor mall. She guided the car into the parking spot, and parked.

As they headed to town the wind blew through her hair and blowing her hat of. Srap! Truthie thought to herself. But, she had more at her house. That wasnt her only hat. Her red hair know was blowing into her face brushing it out of her face. As they parked, Truthie opened the door and stepped out looking around. The town was really crowded and packed. It was early, so it would be crowded. Hopefully cool down later. Truthie waited for Lily to get out of the car so that they could go around. She didn't know Lily very well, but hoped to know her more.

"Yikes, there went your hat." Lily said as she saw it had blown off. "Well, it's probably lying next to the road somewhere. Might still be there when we drive back. And gosh, it's hot." Lily put her sunglasses and hate on. "Here, I have an extra hat in my trunk. It's hot, so you'll probably want it." Lily unlocked her trunk, and pulled out the hat. She always kept an extra change of clothes, hat, sunglasses and swimsuit in her trunk just in case. She handed it to Truthie. "You can give it back to me later." She put the roof up on her car so the seats wouldn't be flaming when they got back. Locking it, she swung over purse over her shoulder.
"Crowded, but I'm not really surprised. Would be a good day to swing by the ice cream shop later." She said with a laugh. Though she didn't really know Truthie, she was determined for things not to get uncomfortable between them.
